What is the main difference between an "Internet User" and a "Television Viewer"?
It can be argued to a large extent that television viewers are genuinely more passive, as they tend to take in the content thats infront of them, without really challenging it, On the other hand, an internet user is someone who is genuinely more active, as the "Web 2.0" faze in which we currently live in allows media consumers to become media producers, websites and blogs like youtube etc, allow media consumers the chance to produce something themselves, and overall make a contribution as to what other people view or listen to.
